The rules for using GiftDrop to celebrate and receive love.
1. Acceptable Use
GiftDrop is for celebrating life's moments. By using the platform, you agree not to:
- Create fake or deceptive fundraising campaigns.
- Use the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Harass or intimidate other users through gift messages.
2. Payments & Fees
GiftDrop charges a small fee per transaction to cover infrastructure and payment processing costs. These fees are deducted automatically from incoming gifts. All payouts are subject to standard clearance periods of 24-48 hours.
3. Refunds
Gifts are generally non-refundable once processed. In the case of suspected fraud or unauthorized card use, please contact your bank and our support team immediately to open an investigation.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety policies or engage in suspicious activity. In such cases, pending payouts may be held for investigation.
